If you set yourself up as a person with both email address either both with green schedule (separatated by a semicolon) or one blue on green. Then you have the other person(s) setup as well and you assign them all to a team say Customers_Name. Then you set your alerts to send to team (Customer_name). If you need to change an email address or add/remove a person you do so and that automatically changes the team which is where the alert sends therefore there is no global change replace to do.
Does that make sense?

Ok, so maybe I'm going about this all wrong. Why do a global replace, well say I set up the primary email with two addresses, my work email and my cell phone email. Then for what ever reason I want to change one of those. I do a global replace with the new information that changes all host entries, but also wipes out the team. See?
