[SA-list] Populating the checks

Hi Dirk (or anyone else for that matter),

I would like to be able to populate ServersAlive straight from our admin 
software.
Could you tell me if that is possible, and if so, how to do that.

It seems a pain to have to do that separately by hand, but can't seem to 
figure out the setup of the hosts file.
And how can I get SA to automatically load the file at a certain interval?
