Subject: [SA-list] nt process monitoring problem

Hi all,
I am in the process of setting up a NT process check (salive version
4.0.1.53) to monitor w2k professional sp4 PC to verify wperl.exe is active.
salive and wperl run on the same PC and a user with admin rights is logged
in.

The PC is Known on the network as RCP3650
How when I try to get the list of the active process I am unable to receive
this list and instead get an err of 53 network name not found.

The PC has zone alarm free edition installed and all of the other check I am
doing from servers alive work correctly.

Is there a fire wall or process I need to enable to get the NT process
checks working.

thanks

Robert Fernando
