If your question is "how do I tell graph to use a certain RRA", the answer
is: you don't.

>From the graph docs: 
DEF: Define virtual name for a data source. The DEF call automatically
chooses an RRA which contains CF consolidated data in a resolution
appropriate for the size of the graph to be drawn.

This means that you just give the start and end time of the graph and
RRDtool will figure out which RRA to use.

One BIG question that I still have is how do you point (within the graph
creation commands) to the correct data-set?
