The sender OID is the OID of the one that sends the trap. In fact your SNMP management console (I suppose you're using one) will be able to sort/filter/... On the sender OID. Basicly it's just a way to indentify who has been sending the trap. The default OID that we show is the official OID for Servers Alive.
