Ahmed, here's a thought.  Everybody here is more than willing to help you, but you gotta put in a little effort.  Time after time, I see you whining about why things don't work, but you won't read manuals and won't take troubleshooting steps that people suggest. 
 
Dirk, the author of a software program, took the time to email you a suggestion on how to troubleshoot the problem.  For free.  He didn't charge you anything.  The least you can do is take the five minutes to set up an Access database and do the troubleshooting.
 
You get a lot more out of support forums like this when you put some effort in.
