Ok, I see now that while there is matching datetime info in the interchange db, it is non-unique because of SA not updating the datetime stamp when the check fails multiple times.
I've requested this modification before, but I'd like to do so again: Can I get an option so that SA will use the time that the status of the check is determined (even if the check itself is not performed) so that I can see in the interchange log only one unique datetime for each entry?
