I have a batch file that emails me a bunch of log files (backups, maintenance, etc.) early each morning so I can catch up on things before coming into work. I could review the Servers Alive log and see the entries each hour showing the keep alive emails and any stops/starts of the program. It was a simple way to know the program was running as expected.

On the previous version (4.0.1336) I was running they were included when logging was set to minimum. Guess I'll just have to move it up to medium to get them back!
