[SA-list] URL Post Alerts

Does anyone know of a way to create an alert that posts to a URL?  I would just like to be able to enter in an http string with the variables that my app is expecting when a device goes down so that the “alert” is in the form of an http post.  I think IPsentry does this, but I like Servers Alive better.  Any ideas?   Thanks Dax IO2 Services, Inc.
