I had it working, and my box rebooted itself (thank you Microsoft) and somehow the check no longer functions, its getting a -999 all the time.  From the doc, it sounds as if the path or something isn't right, but I checked all of that and all is correct.  I even moved everything from a path that had spaces in it...
