I am running the Standard edition of v4.1.1591. Due to a hardware failure I am running SA on a different area of our LAN where it is not able to authenticate against our mail server so I would like it to fall back to the Alternate but it doesn't seem to be doing so.
I have tried disabling the Primary and also setting the Primary to "Fall back to alternate when primary not responding correctly" but it is not emailing out. Tests work correctly. I did notice that the checks say to email via the Primary SMTP - is there a way that I am not seeing that allows me to specify which server to use?
