When doing the install of 1609, are you sure that the "old" version wasn't

running?

Did you get an error during the installation?

Did you do the install directly on the system and not via a TS session?

Do you get this error when starting the app or the service and also not via

a TS session I mean?

 

 

  1. Yes the old version was running.
  2. No error during installation.
  3. I installed directly on my machine.
  4. Yes I get an error when starting app and service.
