If you
would look at it with a sniffer you would see that the page that Servers Alive
is getting does NOT contain the word busy, while the page that a browser gets
does contain that word. I would suggest checking in the log of the
webserver to see if it's redirecting you to the same page and why it redirects
you to a different page when doing the check with Servers Alive. (it's not the
useragent, I tested that).

Subject: RE: [SA-list] SA Stops checking on a URL checkTo keep the list upto date too, since you send this both to support & the list. The site your checking requires cookies. And IF you don't enable COOKIE support within Servers Alive (for that specific URL) then you get an endless loop of redirects.(in the next major release this should no longer be a problem since cookie support is automatic)Dirk.

Subject: [SA-list] SA Stops checking on a URL checkI have version 4.1.1609 running on Windows 2000 Pro as a service. I have a few web sites that I check. I have the check setup that the page shouldn't contain the word "busy", if it does then it triggers a down. When the page is down SA stops with the URL in question highlighted in yellow like it is checking, but never shows it down and never continues checking. it doesn't make any entries in the log file either when in this state.
