We do
something similar, but have more information in the template: mouse-over
names and pop-up detail windows.
We do
have a problem with quotes when using some external checks on
objects/directories with spaces in the name, but we live with
them.
The
web page generated is on my desktop as an ACTIVE DIRECTORY web page, so it is
always visible without having to load explorer.

Subject: RE: [SA-list] Template questionHere's how to do that with a bit of _javascript_.Make the HTML of your template format everything on one row. Also create a counter variable in _javascript_ at the start of the page, and a variable for the number of columns you want.At the start of the <sa_report> section there is another bit of _javascript_ to add one to the counter, and then at the end of your <sa_report> section another to test if you've reached the column limit. If you have, write the close and open TR tags.Easy to change the number of columns this produces by changing the value of the newRowAfter variable.Cheers,
Phil.

Subject: [SA-list] Template question
Hi,
I want to set up a template which simply shows the hostname of each server on a red or green background, depending on status. So that all servers will fit on one page, I want this to be in the form of a grid of (say) 10 rows of 5 columns. Can anyone advise how to do this in the template? If I just set up a table with no </tr> tag, every record goes to a new row anyway. I can do it without a table at all, but that ends up just looking ragged.
Thanks,
Ian
