Suggest you look at SMS paging via SMPP - HSL (http://www.haysystems.com/) appears to provide an excellent and reasonably priced service. We signed up with them at the end of last week, and everything is now in place and working.

Is anyone aware of any commercial monitoring services that can interface
with SA? We're currently having the problem in which our alerts go out to
our cell phones via email, but our Cell phone carrier is very slow in
sending them out, sometimes hours after the alerts were sent by SA.
What I'm envisioning is a service in which SA can send an email to (or
interface with somehow through modem), and that service would then call us
via a call tree notifying us of the alert.
The Alarm Monitoring industry comes to mind, as they already have all of
this setup for security systems - however I'm not aware of any service
that can accept emails or other methods.
Any ideas\suggestions?
