a app. We did "think" about this however after some talks with MS it
looked like it could become a license issue if we would distribute them with
Servers Alive. But maybe the article can help you "create" a SQL DMO
install on the Win2003 web edition system.

I have Servers Alive installed and running on a windows 2003 web server. We have just recently put up a server within our network that hosts several msde (SQL) databases. I have tried to set up checks to monitor these databases but the Servers Alive machine needs the SQL DMO libraries. Unfortunately I can�t install the SQL 2000 client on a Windows 2003 web edition computer. Does anyone know of an other way I can copy over just the necessary files I need for server alive to work, without having install the SQL client?
