If you look at the HTML output you'll see that the page you're checking gives a frame-set and what SA is seeing (as you can see in the log) is the definition of the frame-set not the content of the individual frames. When a browser gets a frame-set definition back it will ask the server to send the content too (by doing several GETS, at least one for each frame-part), Servers Alive does a GET (or post) of the exact url you give (and will follow a force 302 redirect).
