[SA-list] Setup of SA to send text messages to Alltel Cellular

Has anyone successfully setup SA to send text messages to an Alltel text message capable cellular telephone?  I’m contemplating switching from SNPP paging to this if it works (on the cellular side) as advertised.  Any insight into configuration of this is appreciated.   Sincerely, Mike
