Hi Dirk.   Is it possible to add to the wish list a way of putting Pausing alerts.   Eg.   Server has a problem and it is set to send out Emails, IM's and restart services.   It would be nice to be able to put the Email and Service restart on pause but still get the IM's so you know there is still a problem.  Once fixed then be able to un Pause the other alerts.   I hope this makes sense.   Thanks   Davey
