That one does show some none NA values so you should get a graph for that
one.

That may be because i tried another setup of RRDtools and may have
changed some serve settings.
Anyway here is one RRD server where file where i have been getting
some data readings (right at the bottom of the file)
http://137.158.189.182/t1/13.xml -  maybe it more useful.
