RE: [SA-list] did not receive alert email

We connect-send-disconnect when sending an ICQ message and the ICQ doesn't like that when it happens to much too quickly. (Monday, August 30, 2004 2:29:36 PM ERR ICQ: type=2 code=24 description=You are connecting too many times)   In v5 we will do a logon - send - ... - send - logoff.
