Make sure that you configured this within the interface of
the service and not of the app.
A typical error is tht people run the service AND the app
at the same time, make change to the app (entries), save the entries file and
exist the app.
The service as being already loaded at that time had the
previous entries file. So IF you make change do it to the service!
When the service is running as system account with desktop interaction, you'll
have the moon/stop icon in the system tray and can configure SA via
thta.

‘template’ from the documentation. Everything works perfectly … until I log out.
SA is
still running as a service, but the template is not being updated
properly. Everything between the <sa_report> …
</sa_report> tags is blank; the header date/time is being refreshed
properly. Any
