We got a few requests from people who already want to buy the upgrade to
Servers Alive v5, although not yet released (release is planned for Jan 15th
2005)


Some info on the upgrade(s).

If you have a valid support/maintenance contract at the time of the release,
you will get the upgrade included with your support/maintenance contract
(meaning you get the code without having to pay extra for the upgrade).

If you bought Servers Alive v4.x on or after Oct 15th 2004 you will get an
upgrade for free.
(idem if you bought an upgrade to v4.x on or after Oct 15th 2004 you will
get the upgrade to v5 for free)

Pricing for the upgrade is set as following:

        Upgrade from v4 standard to v5 standard:                        $65
(USD)
        Upgrade from v4 enterprise to v5 enterprise:            $65 (USD)
        Upgrade from v4 standard to v5 enterprise:              $138 (USD)

        Upgrade from a version prior to v4 to v5 standard:      $89 (USD)
        Upgrade from a version prior to v4 to v5 enterprise:    $159 (USD)

        Servers Alive v5 standard:                      $129 (USD)
        Servers Alive v5 enterprise:                    $229 (USD)
