Is IP B possibly on a different subnet to IP A? Can you ping the
servers being checked from the server running SA?

SA use the normal routing of the OS, there is no way of forceing the use of a specific nic/IP.Dirk.

Subject: [SA-list] Changing IP of SA server and remote server
Hi,Our SA server and monitored servers has 2 IP addresses on each machine. Let's call them IP A and IP B. Each IP is on a separate network card. We have decided to remove IP A from all servers (include SA server) and found that SA cannot locate the monitored servers.
May I know is there any settings in SA does allow me to direct SA to use IP B?
Thanks.
Best Regards,
WY
