[SA-list] Upgrade from v4 to v5

I’m getting the error below when I attempt to start SA after the upgrade.   ActiveX component can’t create object( 429) on line 0   Then the majority of my checks fail.   Any idea what I messed up during the upgrade?   Sincerely, Mike McTee Internet Systems Technician Eastex Net (www.eastex.net)
