Thanks Jeff,   I have t-mobile too but haven't been able to make it work. I am very new to this so please bear with me. Would you be able to tell me what input settings if you have done in what page? These are the steps I have done (for numeric paging):   1)       Check Enable Numeric paging 2)       Entered my phone number (T-Mobile) 3)       End Message Indicator as # and Wait String as ","","","" 4)       Port to use TAPI 5)       Hit Apply     Now hitting "Test it" does not do anything.     For Alpha Paging (SMS) (should I be doing this?)...I am not sure what parameters to input. The Pagersetting page has VoiceStream (which is T-Mobile now) and it had the Phone/SMSC and the protocol for Voicestream. I could only enter the 800 number for the SMSC.   The format and protocol are non editable drop down boxes and at present are blank. How do I enter the the protocol as TAP and the Format as ALPHA NUMERIC as suggested in the help doc?
