[SA-list] Changing Alert Setup for All Checks

I know this is probably in the manual somewhere, but I'm lazy. :)  I have
all my checks alerting me on the email address for my cell phone.  I need to
change the address that it's going to.  Is there a way to change it for
every check at once, or do I need to modify each one separately?
To unsubscribe from a list, send a mail message to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
With the following in the body of the message:
   unsubscribe SAlive
