Hello,

I just uninstalled the add on SMTP2POP3 External Check (not the COM version) in preparation of installing the SMTP2POP3 COM external check add on.  However, Servers Alive is no longer installed.  It doesn't show up in the installed applications, nor is it running as a service.  When I double click the icon, I receive the following message:

Error getting registry information - This is fatal for Servers Alive! (udp- 9)

Then, the Servers Alive icon shows up in the system tray, and Servers Alive? (with the question mark) shows as a running application, and serversalive.ex shows as a running process.

Right clicking the icon and choosing Restore brings up the Servers Alive window, with my checks, and it begins automatically checking.

Any ideas on what I did wrong, and how to repair it?
