Doh! Why didn't I think of that! I switched to another one of our Proxies and the file downloaded correctly.

Are you using a proxy? If so then it's probably "corrputed" within the proxy-cache.
The file on the site is 217232 bytes (just rechecked on the site to be sure).

Subject: [SA-list] Problem with the Eventlog COM check
I'm having trouble installing the new Eventlog COM check. When I try and run the EXE, I get the following error message:
"Could not initialize installation. File size expected=217232, size returned=132177"
I've tried downloading the file again, but still end up with an exe file around 130K.
