Subject: Re: [SA-list] Problems checking processes locally.

Hi,

I posted this last month, but still have not been able to get it resolved.

I am trying to check processes on a local Windows 2000 server machine.

When I leave the host blank I can get a list of processes running on the
local machine but can't save it.

When I add an IP or host name I get ERR: 53. (The network path was not
found)

If I try to check services with either IP or host name everything works
fine.

I get the same results on another machine that is on another network.
I'm sure that it is something simple, but I sure can't find out what it
is.

When I type NET VIEW AS3 or AS3.DOMAINNAME.COM, I get a list of shared
resources which consists of the C: drive and then it state that command
completed successfully.

I have not used that command before but it appear to work correctly.

But, even when I simply use the IP address it fails to work.

I'm stumped. Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
