if the checking interval is for example 35 minutes then it
will send 3 keep alive mails.

was same as most of the people. I am still confused by “between 2 cycles there
is more then those 10 minutes”. Can you please explain it little
more? Thanks, Sudhir From:
[EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Dirk Bulinckx The way the keep alive
is implemented it will only send the mail IF (using your time as example)
between 2 cycles there is more then those 10 minutes.
I suppose that the way
you (and most people) understand the keep-alive is different. You would
expect it to send the mail every 10 minutes, checking or
not? Dirk. From:
[EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Sudhir Damle Hello
All, I have started using ServersAlive
few days back. I am using 5.X enterprise version. I have configured keepalive to sent
mail every 10 minutes using settings in setup, But it is not working. All other
alerts are working as well as ‘servers alive started’ and ‘servers alive
stopped’ mails are coming in. Tried adding registry entry
KeepAliveTo but still nothing. Any help
appreciated. Thanks, Sudhir
