I wonder if anyone has worked out a way to do this. I use the alerting schedule for people, so that we get SMS messages between 6am and 6pm during the week, but not at weekends or at night. However, there are a few alerts that are so important they should always go out (e.g. datacentre aircon failure). Is there any way of setting an alert schedule overide?
If not, is this something that could be added without too much difficulty (Dirk)?
