Can you identify the GET or POST that results in the CSV file being
returned? If so, then  it may be possible to use CURL to retrieve that
from a script, without programming in VB or whatever. Curl can work over
SSL on Windows if you also download the OpenSSL libraries. See
http://curl.haxx.se

I'm hoping you can script something like,

   curl <url-to-get-csv-file> -o filename.csv
or 
   curl -u user:passwd <url-to-get-csv-file> -o filename.csv

You could use curl from the command line to test the GET/POST commands
you've captured so far.

I have done that with Ethereal.  I have the gets and posts and such but 
I have no idea what to do with the data.
