The db logging also logs the name of the system running SA, this means that several SA systems (running on different systems) can log into the same db.
So if you use the db logging for reporting it will work fine. If you use graphs/reports/status based on the HTML output it's even easier. Create one overview page with links to the real output of SA (created by different systems). Looks like if you set the polling period for say, 15 min, the polling is done and then SA waits 15 mins before starting another set of polls? Rather than starting the timer at the beginning of the previous poll sequence?
