[SA-list] CPU Utilization when running SA

I swear I saw this in a previous email (and I have 2088 of them archived) and looked under FAQ on the website and can't seem to find it...  I apologize if this is a duplicate to a previously answered question...   When running SA as a service, if it comes across a DOWN device (using port check) my CPU goes to 100% and stays there, and SA seems to freeze up....   Any thoughts?
