Edit the alert(s) for that entry and change on the WHEN tab

Dirk. From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Jenkins, Matthew Sent: Monday, October 31, 2005 4:36 PM To: [email protected] Subject: [SA-list] Host Flapping Is there any way to
specify that a host has to fail X number of checks before we are paged? We
are checking services every minute. We have hosts that will page down (web
server is too busy, etc.) and then come back up the next minute. We get a
lot of this flapping, which is causing our administrators to eventually ignore
the pages. We do have every host
set to do a second knock, and have adjusted timeouts on servers where we
can. This has helped greatly, however we are still having major
headaches. Thanks, Matt Matthew
