Well I didn't think correctly :-(
It can be a team or person BUT within the format that is
used to SAVE it, not in the display format.
Let's say you have a team called SUPPORT and it has an ID
of 4 then the alert can be send to
(TID=4)

only an email address (I think - I should check the sources
to be 100% sure)

Subject: [SA-list] Keep Alive Emails Configuration
Importance: High
Here's an entry for how to
override the default "MAIL TO" for the Keep Alive emails:
By default it goes to the
"default TO".
But you can force it to go to another address by creating/updating:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\DBU Consulting\ServersAlive\SMTP\KeepAliveTo (string)
But you can force it to go to another address by creating/updating:

I'm curious to know if this
"string" can be a TEAM or PERSON or does it have to be an SMTP
address?
My entry displays "it group-ne"
without the '{' and '}'; do they need to be included?
I suppose I could test all of
this out, but I'm confident someone on the list has run into this prior to my
attempt.
Many
thanks.
