This can be done via the EDIT-CHANGES WIZARD option.

Due to change of staff it is necessary to change the admin passwords occassionally and thus a universal change is needed. Funny enough a lot of the entries (service checks) did not require authentication before the change over but actually work when the administrator and password are added in.
