Hi everyone, After lots of testing with both Dirk and myself, I'm happy to report I now have Jabber alerting working with Servers Alive.
We originally had issues with the Jive Server we were using (now called Wildfire!) with it being quite sensitive to timeouts so Dirk had to increase timeouts slightly. There were then some other minor issues with group reporting but all has been fixed by Dirk. Thanks.
