Access denied does not mean that the username/password are not correct, it
means that you don't have the right to access the remote system.
Only thing we can say about that is that it's a pure OS authentication issue
were the user doesn't have the needed rights.

SA is just reporting the message.

Dirk.

Subject: [SA-list] Error getting the service information from ( 5- 0-)

Hi,
I'm trying to monitor some services on a customer site, remotely.
I have a domain account on the customer LAN.
I can reach on one host the service list and monitor then...

BUT

on another one, when I try to check the service list I receive the error:

Error getting the service information from ( 5- 0-)
Access Denied

But the credential are correct! I can Log on on OS with this credential...

This is not a firewall problem... seems to be a local problem of the
host...

What can I check to solve this ??
Please help me!

ciao
