The log file (maximum logging) says the same thing with the addition of (line 0) at the end of the log entry
Normally, if I try the to ping this site's address it will resolve, but not respond to pings. If I ping after receiving the notice above, it doesn't resolve. We are the SOA for the DNS record on this site, and that record is then replicated out to our ISP's DNS servers. All resolution for this zone comes from our external DNS server. The website itself is hosted on a server at another company. The down time is usually less than five minutes (confirmed through manual checks - it always reports back up on the next SA cycle)
Is this a DNS problem or a web server problem?
