With Windows 2003, you need to first enable the desktop. r/click my computer, properties/ remote /enable remote desktop on this computer.

The terminal server is not installed, but in the Terminal Services Configurator we see "Licensing Remote Desktop for Administraton". The firewall is NOT running.
