In looking through the registry I found that for some reason it was using a schedule. I though I had changed that. I guess not. Thanks for the help.

Are the persons with ID 3,4 and 5 active?

(in v5.0 you can only see the IDs within the registry under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\DBU Consulting\Servers Alive\Person\<name>\PersonID - in v5.1 you can see in within the interface).

I'm running Enterprise version 5.0.1748 on Server 2003

I have no problems sending e-mails to my primary or alternative SMTP e-mail addresses. I can change the e-mail addresses to any in the users list. It always sends to what ever e-mail address is used. If I create and alert and add users to the primary or alternative SNMP e-mail it will not e-mail to the added users. Is there something I am missing to get this working? This is the log from the e-mail sent and it should be sent to 3 e-mail addresses.
