The DEBUG part is as it says a debug logging that is still in the final code. Not linked to your alert. Try setting the WHEN part of the alert to ALWAYS, that way the alert has to be fired independantly of the status. At least we can then see if there is a problem or not. Also within the .BAT file try starting with a PAUSE command, and ending with one (after the blat command), that way you will at least see the command starting and the eventual error of the command itself.

When I test the alert in SA nothing happens - the batch file doesn't seem to run and STUNNEL doesn't register a hit in its log.
