With SBC, pre-AT&T, I used their email feedback form and selected the "Opt Out Port 25" option. It worked for me a couple times. It is the same form you use to report abuse.
http://help.sbcglobal.net/servabuse.php If you are in a former SBC area, you may try that. If you call them, the magic words "Opt Out Port 25" may trigger the correct response. For their SBC Yahoo customers, they accept SMTP connections on 25 and 587 to get around other services blocking port 25. I wonder how long until the spammers try both ports.
