[SA-list] Availability stats

Dirk,

Quite a few of my availability stats report as 200%. Whilst I'm sure that my pointy haired boss will be delighted at how efficient it appears that we are, I'm somewhat suspicious... Any ideas? Is this a known problem?

What period of time does the availability stat reflect? (I have a feeling you've answered that question before from me - apologies if so). Does it include time when a check is in maintenance mode?

If you use auto-responders (like out-of-the-office messages), then make sure that they are not send to the list nor to the individual members of the list that send a message. Doing this will get you removed from the list.
