The check did stop within the give timeout, the only thing you can do is increase the timeout.

I have few linux machines which I monitor using external com check. I am using disk, processes and mysql checks; they fail once in a while with message similar to following. Next scan reports it good again. mySQL on host1 is DOWN. ERR: didn't stop within the given timeout. I have added SK and that has reduced the frequency. But still trying to find the root cause for the error. I am using salive version 5.0.1748 and has 162 checks and are mix of all checks. Any help appreciated.
