We're using the NT Service check to insure the individual services are running. The service names are:
MSSQLSERVER
BBAttachServer
BlackBerry Controller
BlackBerry Database Consistency Service
BlackBerry Database Consistency Service
BlackBerry Dispatcher
BlackBerry Mobile Data Service
BlackBerry Policy Service
BlackBerry Router
BlackBerry SyncServer
In addition to these typical server monitoring including cpu, memory, diskspace, etc. should be done.
