Does it give this each time?
What the logging shows is that (at the time of the check),
the remote server refused a connection to port 80 (which is needed for the
check)

I've setup a URL check for this address - http://bracknell-hip.epixtech.co.uk,
checking for the string Help in the top right hand corner. I have a number
of other similar checks to this, all working fine.This one seems to be giving me
the error below.
