The others aren't enabled by default either. If you create a new entry, then you will see that none of the 3 is enabled by default. If you see when editing an entry that the 2 other RRD option are enabled then it's because you enabled them.

When I select 'Generate Create Script' it shows me the parameters it will use but the script is blank (except for the 3 REM header lines).
